Can I make a special request for a toy?
Sure. Let me hunt it down for you. Please note that I can't always find certain items? But it is worth a try.

Why are some items priced well above the MSRP?
I try to keep my prices at or below MSRP. If an item is priced higher it is because it cost me more money or time to get the toy. This usally apply to toys that are no longer made and nearly impossible to find. By purchasing the item you agree to the amount that is listed. I don't make a lot of money here, but I do want to make a tiny profit.

What shipping carriers do you use?
I mainly use USPS priority mail. But I may use another carrier at my discretion. Delivery confirmation is always included. And insurance is alway required on electronic or fragile items.

When will my order ship?
All orders will ship out within 48 business hours. If an order is placed before 1300 (1 pm PST) the order will ship out that business day.

Sorry, at this time I do not.

Do you discount shipping?
Yes. Pay the highest shipping cost and each additional item will ship at half the shipping cost. Once your order is placed and approved I will refund the difference.

Is there local pick up available.
No. For safety reasons I do not offer local pickup.

Yes. The goggle checkout system is very safe. It is the same system Amazon and other major online retailers use.

What if I receive a defective item?
If your items are by chance defective or were shipped in error, notify us immediately for an exchange authorization. We must receive the approved exchange within 15 days of purchase and within 10 days of delivery. Once item is deemed defective a full refund or exchange will be issued.

Do you offer rush shipping?
If you need an item shipped immediately contact me. Before emailing me please check with your local post offive and see if your area has express delivery? Express delivery (overnight) has a time limit.

Do my address has to be verified?
We ship only to verified addresses listed on your credit card account (billing address or secondary address if they will verify it with us.) I take these precautions to prevent fraud.

What if I do not receive my shipment?
I will always mail you item with a delivery confirmation to prevent fraud and loss. You will receive and email confirmation with you delivery confirmation number.

How do I cancel an order?
Email me immediately. If I am am able to cancel the order I will. But remember I shiip pretty quickly.
